We would like to invite you to join our MOOC (massive open online course) “Managing Innovation: Learning to Prototype for Business” which we have developed together with St. George´s University of London.
You are going to learn about approaches to start and drive your innovation project and invited to share your experience on innovation with us.

Tom leads Innovation for production and supply chain at Bayer. He joined Bayer in 1997 after obtaining a PhD in Chemistry at the KU Leuven Belgium and subsequently held management positions in operations, IT, risk management, and strategy before focusing on innovation.
Oliver has fostered the use of different kind of innovation methodologies within the Bayer organization. He has previous experience as Lean Management Consultant and is now enthusiastic about being part of the innovation network that drives actively the innovation journey at Bayer.
Karolin is an Innovation Coach within the Bayer organization who investigates the efficient use of Project Management approaches during the Innovation journey. As a PhD student, she is passionate for Innovation and tries to investigate how to stimulate an innovation network
Passionate about bringing together different minds and changing perspectives to generate new ideas.
