Accelerate Digital in Warsaw: Be Part of Bayer’s Digital Transformation
You think anyone who wants to be a leader in IT development and digital business models has to work for Google, Amazon and the like? Then you don’t know the Digital Hub Warsaw yet. This is where the industry’s best and most creative minds work in a diverse and inclusive environment on groundbreaking solutions that supports Bayer’s vision “health for all – hunger for none”.
The digital hub isn’t about more clicks, advertising sales or a better user experience, but rather increased harvest yields, more efficient deployment of resources and precision dosing – simply put, it’s about more sustainability in agriculture and precision medicine in healthcare.
The initial focus of the hub will be the delivery of digital transformation projects within Crop Science where the company is using its unique position as an agricultural leader to deliver innovation that helps farmers grow more sustainably and responsibly. In addition, Bayer Crop Science is leveraging data and digital tools to accelerate research and development, create efficiencies in its operations and supply chain, and improve customer experiences. This focus will continue through 2021 and then expand to include exciting opportunities to explore digital and cyber security topics across Bayer’s other businesses, Pharmaceuticals and Consumer Health, in 2022.
