Working in a global company with a vast history and a strong culture, with peers who can challenge you to always strive further than you have ever been.
It was while we were dealing with delisting one of our products. It presented us with problems we had not faced before. So we had to find ingenious solutions which were business-friendly at the same time.
Helping people. Actual people. And actually helping them. Everything you do in business should be beneficial to someone; if not nobody will buy your products. But I mean something different: Our brands touch peoples’ lives. Real people like your friend or my mom, with real problems from headache to heart attack.
Being in the field. But not just with sales force – I mean being where our consumers are. Listening to market research, going to house visits… I love finding out why people connect so much with our products. I love to share the love both our consumers and I have for our products.
Enthusiasm: I am a geek. Hardcore. Not in the sense of a Star Wars or Lord of the Rings fan (although I love both), but as a person who puts passion in whatever he or she is doing. If you won’t give all you have, why should you even bother?
Learning is really important for me. In order to become better, you have to challenge yourself and love learning. If I want to see myself advancing in my marketing career, I have to fire my passion for learning in our ever-changing world.
